Founder & Director
Creative & Marketing Director
Trained in ballet. Worked the stage. Knows when a take is a performance and when it's a pose.
Julianna comes from ballet. Years of it, then theatre, before she ever pointed a camera at a brand. She built ROHWERK on the same instinct: performance, timing, and knowing the exact second people stop watching. Years in front of the lens building her own audience are why she can tell you what will land before we shoot it.
"Every brand wants to look effortless. Effortless is the most expensive thing there is, and it's built in rehearsal, not in the edit."
Partner, Strategy
Partner, Strategy & Growth Director
Spent years in rooms where "no" was the default. Still got it done.
Artur comes from government and international work, where the room is full of people who don't have to say yes. He's negotiated at that level, run teams, and built the systems that let an operation grow without breaking. At ROHWERK he owns strategy, partnerships and growth: what we're spending, what it returned, and what we do next month.

Eye for detail. Makes everything look like it cost more than it did.
Gio spent fifteen years building the look of luxury at Burberry, Ralph Lauren, Hugo Boss, Armani and Dolce & Gabbana, deciding how a brand meets a customer in a room. He's styled a Harper's Bazaar cover and a Bentley campaign. He built the visual language that makes ROHWERK's work recognizable on sight: wardrobe, art direction, design, the reason the footage looks like it belongs somewhere specific and not just anywhere.
